Description:

Available spring/summer 2020 - bareboat or skippered yacht charter on a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 35 based Falmouth - call us on 01326-212234 for details Every sailing yacht for sale here on Yachtsnet has been or is about to be inspected and photographed by us. Click the buttons or the photos below to see multiple high resolution interior and exterior photographs and a detailed inventory of each boat. This Vancouver 27 at 27,000 is a 1981 boat and has been very well maintained and refitted over the years, and is in extremely good condition, with a recent new engine, good sails, vane gear self-steering and a full cockpit canopy. Internally she has a very well looked after 3-berth interior, with Eberspacher heating and near new upholstery. This yacht is the three-berth version, generally regarded as a better boat for a couple or a singlehander as it has a better galley and chart table arrangement. Ashore in Hampshire. Designed by Percy Dalton this is a Heard 25 - a GRP hulled Falmouth Working Boat type expensively fitted out in teak, with laid teak decks. Launched in 2006/7 she is still in her original ownership, and has only been sailed for 4-5 months each year, the rest of the time being stored ashore under cover inside the owner's barn. Ashore in Cornwall and asking 35,000. At 37,500 this Cornish Trader was built by Cornish Crabbers in 1980/81, and has been in the same ownership since 1991. This is a very well looked after example of these GRP hulled gaff ketches. The hull is similar to the Crabber Pilot Cutter, but with a raised deckline and higher bulwarks giving a lot more interior space. Afloat in Hampshire. At 27,500 this Beneteau First 325 is an attractive yacht with good performance and handling. She has well finished cruising accommodation with an excellent double aft cabin, a forward facing chart table, a good galley and a vee-double forecabin. Set up for cruising, this 1987 example is a really well updated example and is in full commission and ready to sail away. She is for sale now as the owner has just bought a substantially larger boat for extended cruising. Afloat in Cornwall. This Rival 38A is one of the classic Rival range of long-distance cruisers. This particular yacht is definitely well-traveled - she has circumnavigated the globe twice, as well as making at least one other Atlantic circuit. As such she is well set up for long-distance sailing. Ashore in West Sussex, she is for sale now at 45,000. At 33,500 this Beneteau Oceanis 350 is one of the smallest yachts you will find with three good double cabins as well as the saloon and heads. This 1989 wing keel example is a well looked after boat which after substantial updating in the present ownership is now for sale as they have just bought a larger boat. She is ready to sail away, with a full cruising inventory including Eberspacher heating, good electronics including an AIS transponder, dinghy and outboard. All photos including those sailing are of the actual boat in her present ownership. Afloat in Hampshire. We are very keen to take on more good quality sailing yachts and motor-sailers for sale on brokerage. We are seeing a much higher demand for boats of all sizes, and sales are very brisk. We think this upturn in purchases is due to changing patterns in holiday activity, and the attraction of self-contained accommodation and facilities found in yachts. This we feel is due to the advent of the Covid 19 pandemic. At 22,500 this 1980 Rustler 31 is a classic long-keel design - equally suitable as a fast coastal cruiser and a long-distance passage-maker. This yacht has had the original engine replaced with a freshwater cooled Yanmar 3GM, and has good sails and a Hydrovane servo-paddle self-steering gear as well as a tillerpilot. Afloat in Cornwall. The Alden Challenger 38 at 33,500 is an extremely pretty classic centreboard yawl, with a GRP hull and deck from Halmatic in 1960. We sold this yacht to the present owner in 2013, and since then she has had fairly extensive work done internally. She is now for sale again, ashore in Hampshire, and in need of some external cosmetic work - mostly paint and varnish. At 39,950 an unusually lightly used example of a Vancouver 32, a classic long-keel cruising yacht. In the present ownership since 1997, she has only logged about 7,400 miles and been wintered ashore every year. She has clearly been meticulously maintained by her engineer owner, and is for sale now only because of advancing age. Afloat in Hampshire. At 62,500 a Beneteau Oceanis 411 Clipper with a four-cabin layout - three double cabins and a fourth cabin with two 'pullman' style single berths, plus two heads. This 2002 example has a good cruising inventory including heating, radar, liferaft and dinghy and outboard. Afloat and in full commission in Dorset, This 1991 all-GRP Twister at a reduced price of 15,000 is one of the few later examples of the design. She is well looked after and has a good inventory including recent new sails. She is for sale now only because the owners have bought an larger yacht - a Rustler 36 - another Holman designed long-keeler. Ashore in Cornwall. PRICE REDUCED Designed by Maurice Griffiths, the Golden Hind 31 is a tough triple-keeled cruiser with a GRP hull. She is very much a go-anywhere boat, from drying harbours to long-distance passage-making. This 1976 example at 29,750 has a ketch rig with a taller mainmast, and had a very major refit/rebuild in 2000/2001 including a new 4-cylinder Beta diesel, which to date has run just 325 hours. Ashore in Cornwall. This 2000 Beneteau Oceanis 331 at a reduced price of 32,500 has a lot of advantages for typical family cruising - good accommodation, hot water and a shower, an excellent owners double berth and good sailing performance in the sort of light to moderate weather most owners want to be sailing in. She is for sale now as the owners since 2010 are retiring from sailing. Afloat in Hampshire. SOLD At 28,000 a Doug Peterson designed Contessa 35 from 1975/76, in only in her second ownership from new. The Contessa 35 is a very different boat from the better known Contessa 32s, being bigger, beamier and a lot faster. Unlike many other Contessa 35s, this example does not appear to have had a hard racing life. She has her original engine, but this was totally rebuilt in the present ownership. Afloat in Cornwall. NOW SOLD The Hallberg-Rassy Rasmus 35 is a long-keeled centre-cockpit yacht with a fixed windscreen. Although a genuine sailing yacht she also has a powerful diesel. This 1979 example at 39,000 is one of the last built, and is in remarkably good condition for her age. She is well equipped for cruising with bow thruster, wind generator, davits for dinghy and has had synthetic teak decks fitted. She also has good sails and canvaswork and radar, plotter etc. Currently afloat and in full commission in Sussex. NOW SOLD At 36,000 a Gib'Sea 33 from 2002 - a modern family cruiser with a particularly light and spacious interior for her size. On deck she has a distinctive bow with a self-stowing anchor housing. This boat is well equipped, and is in very clean condition - she does not appear to have had a hard life. Afloat in Cornwall. NOW SOLD A 1983 US-built Endeavour 35 at 22,000, a moderate displacement cruising yacht with a nicely fitted out interior with (like many US built boats) excellent headroom and good sized berths. She has been ashore for 18 months, and is now priced to sell quickly. NOW SOLD At 19,750 a really nice example of the Moody 33. This Mk II version has an excellent cruising inventory including a recent new engine. A lot of well maintained cruising boat for the money. Just launched for the season in Cornwall. NOW SOLD At 49,950 a 2004 one-owner Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 37 - a modern family cruising yacht with a good combination of sailing performance and comfortable accommodation. This is a deep fin keel single aft cabin example, with a good inventory including radar, heating and a cockpit bimini cover, plus a wind generator to keep the batteries charged. Now ashore in Hampshire. NOW SOLD At 46,500 a really well looked after Etap 32S. Like all Etaps, she is 'unsinkable'. This yacht is a shallow draught tandem keel version with EVS steering, and is in lovely condition throughout, with quite a lot of recent updates. The owners are selling as they have already bought a larger yacht - another Etap. Ashore in Devon. NOW SOLD At 36,000 this Spanish built Ronautica Ro330 is a very attractive and quite fast cruiser-racer, with an excellent combination of performance and accommodation. This example was first launched in early 2003 with the larger 29 hp engine option, and has clearly been well looked after. If you are looking at a 32-34 ft fast cruiser, perhaps with an eye to some club racing as well as cruising, have a look at this as well as the usual Beneteaus, Jeanneaus and Dufours. NOW SOLD At 27,500 a very early (1966) Rustler 31 - although well over 50 years old, she is in only her second family ownership from new and is almost certainly one of the very best condition Rustler 31s you will find anywhere. The hull is lovely, she has a barely used Beta 25 diesel, with Darglow feathering prop, an electric windlass, recent standing rigging, a full cockpit 'camper' cover and a wind charger as well as an interior in really good condition and an excellent inventory. Ashore in Hampshire. NOW SOLD At 37,000 a Heard 28 - a heavy displacement cruising yacht with a GRP hull on the traditional lines of a Falmouth Working Boat. This well looked after one owner example has cruised from Falmouth to the Mediterranean and back. She has a short coachroof, giving 6 ft headroom in the saloon, and the mast is in a tabernacle for ease of lowering. Afloat in Hampshire. NOW SOLD A genuinely unique Sigma 36, with an interior modified to more resemble a cruising Sigma 362, but retaining the performance of the racing 36s with a new double-spreader fractional rig that does not need runners - unlike the original. A lightly used hull in excellent condition, a new engine, new electronics, and lots more. Ashore in Hampshire. The asking price of 38,000 is not a misprint. NOW SOLD We sold this very good 1980/81 Rustler 31 in 2015, and she is now back up for sale at 29,950 as the owners have bought a larger yacht for longer-distance cruising. The hull topsides have been re-gelcoated as well as the underwater area having an osmosis treatment. She has a good inventory including a windvane gear. Afloat in Hampshire. NOW SOLD This 1986 Westerly Falcon 34 at 28,500 is a solidly built, spacious cruiser with good accommodation and sailing performance. The Falcon has a good aft cabin with its own ensuite heads, and another heads forward. This is a bilge-keel version, allowing a wider choice of moorings and anchorages, with a good inventory including heating, radar etc. plus a full cockpit enclosure. NOW SOLD This 1997 Maxi 1000 at 43.950 is a modern aft-cockpit fast cruiser with a particularly easy to handle fractional rig, with single line reefing and a self-tacking staysail for cruising mode . The interior is nicely finished in cherrywood, with more stowage than in many other marques. NOW SOLD This Bavaria 32 Cruiser is a very, very lightly used example, with just 180 hours on the engine, and an absolutely immaculate interior. She is also in lovely condition on deck. Although original from 2005, the Elvstrom sails have clearly seen little use. Standing rigging and the saildrive seal have recently been renewed. Looks like a new boat - at 44.950. NOW SOLD This Falmouth Bay class steel motor-sailer was built and fitted out by the present owner, a professional engineer. Launched unrigged in 2003, she was rigged with Selden spars and Hood sails and commissioned in 2008/9. She is very comprehensively equipped with high quality gear throughout, and is for sale now at 105,000 only because of family health issues.
