Recently, we have been selected by our funding source to add Norwalk and Westport to our catchment area. I, along with my staff, take this responsibly very seriously and deem it a privilege to be the provider of much needed resources to our most vulnerable community going forward.In preparation for the future we’ve begun the transformation from ABCD to the Alliance for Community Empowerment. We are rebranding ourselves to ensure that you, our community, is holistically served.
