OPHD also has responsibility for preparing the annual written Affirmative Action Plan and program for minorities and women, persons with disabilities, and covered veterans.Because of a recent California appellate court ruling, the University has revised its Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment Student Adjudication Framework to clarify when hearings are held to resolve sexual misconduct cases. The Systemwide Title IX Office and Student Affairs has developed a presentation to help educate UC community members about the changes.
