She needed this. They replaced rotted wood under warranty & did a good job pressure washing & re-staining. We also had them install a box with rubber mulch, which should stop the rotting. David went beyond the call of duty to get the sale done quickly. He was on top of the pressure I put on him to "get it done fast". He got it ordered and delivered in 2 days. Chris was the installer and what a nice man he was....He and his assistant were very highly qualified and the job was done to perfection. ( I wish knew his helper's name--you know who it is.) Please give these 3 men a huge thank you for me. They made my grand daughters very happy. By the way, you sell the best trampolines you can buy. My neighbor has one for their kids and my grand daughters would go over there every time they came to visit. The netting is very strong and safe for all size adults and kids. The springs on the rectangle tramp is the highest quality you can get. That makes a huge difference! Very safe jump!
