COVID-19 Precaution PolicyGood Dog Aquatic Fitness will reopen Tuesday April 7, 2020 after being closed for 2 weeks. We have carefully reviewed the Governor's Order on essential services and have made a good faith determination to reopen for business as per the Governor's guidelines. As similar businesses in veterinary health, care of animals & pets and physical therapists. To prevent further spread of COVID-19 we will continue our policy on cleaning and disinfecting our work environment between clients. We will continue to maintain appropriate social distancing. We will make further changes as needed to our COVID-19 Precaution Policy as per the recommendations of the CDC, the Massachusetts DPH and the Governor's guidelines. We will be servicing our clients (dogs only) curbside. We request the following steps for your dog's treatment: Prior to your appointment, please wash your hands thoroughly or use a hand sanitizer.Please have a secure collar on your companion.Once you have arrived for your appointment, please allow your companion some time to relieve themselves outside.Please then call us to let us know you are ready for your treatment and to discuss any changes or developments with your dog.Please bring your dog & towels into the waiting room & remove your leash. Please remain outside the building.We will promptly receive your dog and go about our usual treatment.We will call you when the session is over to update you on the treatment and discuss any changes. At that time we will request payment by credit card or check.We will return your dog to the waiting room for pick-up. Please be ready and waiting outside for a smooth transition.We are taking these extraordinary precautions for our community's safety. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during these trying circumstances. And although we will miss our usual interaction with you personally, we are very committed to offering you and your dogs a continuance of care and physical therapy for their full recovery.Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
