Practical production work is a central tenet of the School’s conservatory training; the three-year MFA program is being extended temporarily to a fourth year to best meet and overcome the current and inevitable future disruptions of the pandemic. Similarly, the one-year Technical Internship program will be extended by one semester. Wendall K. Harrington (Faculty) suggested that the company put on a Nutcracker for 2020. We need a little Christmas, as the song goes. Breslin and Foley joined the creative team of Ratatouille: The TikTok Musical, a TodayTix streaming event benefitting The Actors Fund. After serving on faculty of the undergraduate Theater and Performance Program, Felton-Dansky will become the program s director this spring. This is the only award given jointly by the Actors Equity Association and Actors Equity Foundation.
