No Practice on Labor Day
Enjoy a day off, there will be no practice on Monday, September 5th (Labor Day).

Fall Swim Meet
Save the date – Tentatively Saturday, October 22nd – for another Plunge Masters swim meet! You know your times from our first meet in June, see how you’re doing this fall! This will be another fun, short meet (though with a little extra breathing room between events). More to come.
Membership
Plunge San Diego and Fit Misson Beach members have free access to the Plunge Masters team. Day passes can also be purchased at the Plunge for swimmers who would like to drop in.
How much does it cost?
$70/month — Plunge San Diego Gold membership (See all Plunge San Diego memberships and rates)$15/practice — 1-Hour Pass to the Plunge $$/month — Fit Mission Beach members. Inquire at Fit for current membership ratesPractices
In-water practices offered Monday through Friday from 6-7 AM
Dry-land training offered Tuesday and Thursday from 7-7:30 AM
Equipment
Do I need any equipment for practice? We have kickboards and pull buoys at the pool for you to use. If you would like to bring fins or hand paddles, you may do so but it is not required.

What is Masters Swimming?
Masters Swimming is a coached swim team. In this case, “Masters” simply means 18 and older. Our team is affiliated with U.S. Masters Swimming (USMS). Team members who choose to register with USMS will have access to sanctioned events (swim meets – when they start back up again) and receive their bimonthly SWIMMER magazine. Membership with U.S. Masters Swimming is not required to participate in practices.
