The purchase of the tank... went smoothly, however after that it was not so easy. The delivery date was weeks ahead, with no exact date provided until we called to chase it. However, Tuffa communicated directly with the customer to book in delivery, and their delivery truck left the tank sitting on the drive. Now we're trying to arrange moving the 700kg tank to the position required, which is costing the customer almost £1000 extra. If Tuffa had taken the time to understand the customers needs, that a tank could not simply just be placed on his driveway no matter what our customer agreed to, this situation could have been avoided.
