We meet with you at your home or business to survey the space. During the consultation we take before photos, measurements, and review of your design inspirations. We will schedule a follow up appointment where we present a complete digital presentation. You will have everything you need to receive a quote from a General Contractor. The first step includes: An updated Dimension Plan, an Ideal Furniture Plan, and Multiple 3-D Renderings of the New Design.​STEP 2: The Design PhaseThis phase of the design process includes LRD providing an itemized Design Agreement. Your Designer will be sourcing: furniture, fabrics, fixtures and all the beautiful finishes for your space! Our meetings are intended to review details such as, Custom cabinetry, Paint, Electrical and Finishes. Once the design is approved, we start creating a set of Construction Documents.​STEP 3: The Construction PeriodPartnered with the General Contractor, the professional design plan that you have envisioned turns into a reality. During this process The Design Firm will be focused on creating the custom pieces and ordering fixtures. Your GC will be busy with their crews building, renovating or restoring. The LRD team will be conducting regular site checks throughout construction.​STEP 4: Visual Coordination (Can Be Purchased Separately)A Decorator comes to your property, they identify the most-loved pieces and pulls the space together for a cohesive look. We work with you to establish the budget and the desired outcome that you wish to achieve. Your Decorator handles all of the shopping for the perfect accents and accessories to compliment your space. We deliver, install, and decorate your space to integrate the new additions.
