Golding Farms Foods Announces Acquisition of Arcobasso FoodsGolding Farms Foods, Inc. ( Golding Farms ), a leading manufacturer of private label, branded, and co-manufactured sauces and condiments, today announced the acquisition of Arcobasso Foods, a St. Louis-based manufacturer of dressings, sauces and beverage mixers. Founded in 1987, Arcobasso sells its products to private label and branded customers across retail, foodservice and c-store channels, operating from a 60,000 square foot, SQF-certified facility in Hazelwood, Missouri. Arcobasso produces a wide range of products, including refrigerated salad dressings, hot sauces, wing sauces, BBQ sauces and drink mixers. The acquisition enhances Golding Farms product offerings and capabilities in numerous high-growth categories and establishes a national manufacturing footprint to supply the Company s regional and national customers with sauce and condiment private brand programs and branded products. Fresh off Golding s significant investments in its Winston-Salem facility, Golding plans to bring that same growth mindset to St. Louis, where it plans on making meaningful investments into the Hazelwood facility, enhancing its production and packaging capabilities.
