Biography


I received Bachelor (summa cum laude) and Doctor of Engieering degrees from ZhejiangUniversity, China, in 2001 and 2006, respectively, and Ph.Dfrom Universite Catholique de Louvain(UCL), Belgium in 2012. Since 2006 to 2013, I had research appointments in UCLand other universities/institutes. Since Feb. 2013, I joined School ofCommunication Information Engineering, Shanghai University as anEastern-scholar Distinguished Professor ().
