Biography


I received Bachelor (summa cum laude) and Doctor of Engieering degrees from Zhejiang University, China, in 2001 and 2006, respectively, and Ph.D from Universite Catholique de Louvain (UCL), Belgium in 2012. Since 2006 to 2013, I had research appointments in UCL and other universities/institutes. Since Feb. 2013, I joined School of Communication & Information Engineering, Shanghai University as an Eastern-scholar Distinguished Professor (上海市东方学者特聘教授).
