Dear friends, colleagues and ISE members:

With the arrival of the new year 2022, I would like to follow the President’s tradition to look back at our Society and its activities in 2021.

We started the year 2021 full of optimism that the Covid-19 pandemic, which affected so much the activities of ISE in 2020, would not restrict our life and work anymore. Unfortunately, reality was very different...
