FAQ

When are vendor applications available?

Generally around March of each year.

Can I bring my dog to the festival?

Service dogs only. This is a crowded event and we want to keep your pup safe!

What about parking?

At each entrance to the festival, you'll see directions to our parking lots. We'll have lots of golf cart shuttles to and from these lots.

We also have parking at Powhatan Elementary School (4111 Old Buckingham Road) with shuttles running continuously. Skip the traffic and catch a shuttle!

Can I bring a cooler?

Outside food and beverage is not allowed at the event. Wine can be purchased by the bottle and consumed on festival grounds. Plus, we'll have plenty of food vendors to keep you satisfied!

Can I get a Ticket refund?

No refunds are offered on tickets but tickets are transferable to another guest.
