It is right across the street from the Bridgeway Center, Inc. Hospital Drive location. All Classes will continue to be located at 137 Hospital Drive. DUI Classes in Crestview are located at 5240 Greenleaf Place, Crestview (DUI Class Registrations at the Ft. Walton Beach office ONLY). All DUI registrations and evaluations are located at 102 Buck Drive, Unit B., Fort Walton Beach, which will continue to offer all DUI/Driving Schools Services. The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Bureau of Administrative Reviews allow FIRST time DUI offenders to apply for a waiver review to obtain a restricted driver s license after enrolling in DUI School within 10 days from the day of the arrest. Our courses also include substance abuse education, intervention and screening with referrals to counseling as necessary.
