Meet Kyle Albrecht, owner of Property Works of Central Texas.Kyle Albrecht was born in Dallas, Texas and moved to Austin, Texas with his family at the age of four. Growing up in Austin, he started welding at the age of 14 and was in Future Farmers of America in high school. Before he founded Property Works of Central Texas, he worked in the pipeline construction industry, spent nine years in buliding trade, and has worked in the construction industry for a total of 17 years. Also, a union journeymen pipe fitter, high point graduate at Local Union 286, and a local state and regional piping/welding winner.In between seasonal pipeline work in 2014, he came up with the idea of owning his own lot and land clearing company and he purchased his first track loader. Seeing the growing need for lot and land clearing living in Central Texas, Cedar Killers and Property Works of Central Texas was born.Now a growing company with a general equipment team, various land clearing equipment including a tub grinder, Property Works of Central Texas can handle all your dirty work. We offer general maintenance contracts for facilities, estate, land, or ranch with competitive rates. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of service to our customers in a timely manner.
