Os irmãos Patrick (nota minha: nascido no dia 17 de março de 1944, em Coleraine, County Londonderry, Irlanda do Norte, e morto em 11 de agosto de 1984, em Donegal, County Donegal, Irlanda) e Jackie McAuley (nascido no dia 14 de dezembro de 1946, em County Derry, Irlanda do Norte) haviam substituído Wrixen e Millings na época do lançamento do segundo single, "Baby Please Don't Go". Embora secundado por músicos de estúdio, a performance do quinteto mostrou-se extraordinária, e esse indispensável e empolgante single empregado, brevemente, como tema musical do prestigiado e popular programa de televisão "Ready, Steady, Go!", do Reino Unido chegou, merecidamente, ao Top 10 britânico. Mais deserções aconteceram quando os singles subsequentes não conseguiram emular os sucessos iniciais, e, no momento da emissão de "Them Again", a reformulada banda contava com Morrison, Henderson, Jim Armstrong (guitarra), Ray Elliot (saxofone e teclados) e John Wilson (bateria).Essa gradativa formação, no entanto, conseguiu se destacar, sobretudo com a interpretação apaixonada de Morrison de "It's All Over Now, Baby Blue", escrita por Bob Dylan. Biografia:Uma banda psicodélica acessória, embora razoavelmente interessante, do final dos anos 60, a Fever Tree, de Houston, Texas, EUA, é mais famosa pela canção "San Francisco Girls", com sua dramática melodia, utópica letra e incendiária e distorcida guitarra.A maioria do melhor material da banda, ironicamente, foi composta pelos seus produtores, o balzaquiano casal Scott e Vivian Holtzman, que já haviam escrito músicas para Tex Ritter e para a trilha sonora do filme Mary Poppins. Esses singulares parceiros produziram um material bastante distintivo; em comparação com os habituais grupos psicodélicos da época, há aqui uma influência clássica barroca maior e mais incidência de cordas. As bonitas e melancólicas baladas da banda (acentuadas no seu primeiro disco pelo arranjador David Angel, que já fizera a mesma coisa no clássico "Forever Changes", da Love) mostram-se mais toleráveis do que o resto das suas chapadas e distorcidas melodias, que sintetizam alguns dos aspectos mais genéricos da opressiva psicodelia. Biografia:Banda roqueira holandesa situada entre o final dos 60 e o início dos anos 70, a Brainbox foi fundada em Amsterdã pelo guitarrista Jan Akkerman, o baterista Pierre van der Linden e o cantor Kazimir Lux (Kaz). Estreou no mercado fonográfico com o single "Down Man", que instaurou seu som bluseiro-progressivo.Alguns dos seus singles fizeram sucesso na Holanda: "Between Alpha And Omega", "Doomsday Train", "Reason To Believe" e "Smile". No encerramento do ano de 1969, logo após o grupo lançar seu primeiro álbum, Akkerman saiu para se unir à Focus, o mesmo acontecendo depois com Pierre van der Linden e Cyril Havermans, então baixista da Brainbox. Nos seus lugares, ingressaram os guitarristas Herman Meyer e Rudie de Queljoe e o baterista Frans Smit. Posteriormente, John Schuursma substituiu Meyer. Depois que Kaz Lux deixou a Brainbox, em 1971, a popularidade diminuiu e a separação ocorreu em 1972. Lux reuniu a banda em 2004 (sem Akkerman), com subsequente apresentação na Holanda.
