MOT skolas Jaunieši

MOT ir pusaudžu motivācijas programma, kuru MOT aizsāka norvēģu olimpiskie sportisti pēc Ziemas Olimpiskajām spēlēm 1994.gadā ar mērķi novērst sociāla rakstura problēmas sabiedrībā. MOT koncepta pamatā ir vēlme veidot drošāku sabiedrību, stiprinot jauniešu izpratni un drosmi - drosmi dzīvot, rūpēties un pateikt nē. MOT koncepts tiek nodots lietošanai skolās uz sadarbības līguma pamata.

MOT unikalitātes pamatu veido 5 programmas skolām un vietējām pašvaldībām, kur fokuss starp individualitāti un grupu ir sadalīts vienādās attiecībās 50:50. Programmas stiprina individuālo noturību un viecina izpratni, kā arī popularizē veselīgas savstarpējās attiecības – drošu klases vidi, iekļaujošu skolas kultūru un ilgtspējīgas, atbalstošas vietējās kopienas.
