Replanting Roots: Rebuilding Community
Replanting Roots: Rebuilding Community is a research project focused on learning about the effects of gentrification on the Black Community in the Central District of Seattle and finding solutions to overcome the effects gentrification has caused. This project was funded by a grant from the Communities of Opportunity and awarded to a team of Black-led organizations. The Black Community Impact Alliance(BCIA)/Village Spirit Center was tasked to perform research with the Black Churches in the Central District. The results of that research are provided here for your review.
