Please know that credit union leadership has closely monitored the progression of COVID-19, as well as staying up to date on recommendations and best practices issued from government and public health agencies. Because of this, CCSFCU is temporarily suspending all in-person transactions effective immediately in an effort to protect the health of our membership and staff and to reduce the spread of the virus. In addition, our office will be closed on Saturdays until further notice. Credit Union staff will be available by phone and by email to assist members during regular business hours. All electronic services will remain active and all electronic transactions will be processed as usual. Please utilize our online banking and mobile app to access account balances and transaction history, transfer funds, pay loans, utilize bill pay service and apply for loans. All deposits, loan payments, credit card payments and correspondence should be placed in our night deposit, located to the left of the entrance door. Transactions in the night deposit will be processed throughout the day and will be processed before the close of business. We are able to take loan applications via our website or over the phone and our loan officers will work with you in obtaining the paperwork and signatures to proceed with funding. As always, cash withdrawals can be made from any Allpoint ATM without fees. Please refer to the ATM locator on our website or mobile app. If you currently do not have a debit card and are in need of cash, please call the office to set up an appointment for pick up. We strongly advise applying for a debit card if you do not already have one. We understand that these circumstances and limitations may be inconvenient, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we proceed in these unprecedented times.
