Domain buyer is completely accountable and responsible toensure the payment reached to theDaaZ’s designated bank account on or before the above published dates.If the domain buyer failed to pay on time, domain seller has the right to terminate thisagreement. In the event ofagreement termination, DaaZ will give the domain name back to the domain name seller anddomain buyer will not get any refundsfor the prior lease payments made.After paying the 1st month lease, domain buyer can request the name server modificationsfrom DaaZ. DaaZ willfacilitate the same changes for the buyer and allow the domain buyer to use the domainname.DaaZ.com as intermediate party and will not be responsible for any disputes between thedomain buyer and domainseller. Any conflicts between the domain buyer and domain seller must be resolvedbetween them.Domain buyer is accountable and responsible to ensure the domain name usage will be in alawful manner. Any claimsor damages occurred because of unlawful usage of the domain name is to be borne by thedomain buyer.If the domain buyer uses the domain name in unlawful manner and the domain seller hasthe right to terminate theagreement and the lease paid will not be refunded.
