Hospital partners of the Faculty of Health Sciences are beginning to implement plans for a gradual resumption of surgical and outpatient clinical services and procedures that were reduced due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Health Sciences has a wide variety of programs at the Undergraduate, Graduate and Post-Graduate Levels. Hsien Seow was six when his mother, Suat-Tein, was diagnosed with breast cancer. She died four years later.The close-knit family that included Seow’s father and older brother wasn’t prepared for her death, holding out hope as doctors had suggested until the last week of her life.
