All students are welcome, they do not have to be Media Journalism majors to participate. They must be enrolled at USD and pursuing a degree to be part of the staff, however. June 11, 2020 2020 USD Computer Science Summer Robotics Institute The Department of Computer Science is pleased to announce the 2020 USD Computer Science Summer Robotics Institute (SRI). The summer Robotics camp, supported by a supplemental grant awarded for the USD TRIO Educational Talent Search program funded by the US Department of Education, will be held at the USD Vermillion campus June 2-4, 2020.During the summer institute students will design a program for a programmable robot bases on logical thinking, problem solving skills and high school STEM field knowledge.
