When I called Customer Service to see if they could overnight me the right pair they refused, saying they could ONLY send me 2-day delivery (once I took the other shoes to UPS) because that is what I initially paid for. It did not matter that they were in the wrong for sending me 2 different size shoes. They offered NOTHING to make up for their mistake, except for a 'sorry.'
