What kind of practice is this for anyone legitimate? Food lion recommended your company to my daughter.for non- slip shoes which I can get anywhere..lets be honest...and I gave in and ordered her work shoes from you.
Even though for $10 more I could have actually gotten real Converse chuck Taylors. I never dreamed you would double charge me..and hole another $58.84 on top of what I paid!! And hold it!!! You double it!
If you want to be sure a card is real..why not charge a $1 like ticket companies do? I will never order any thing from you again. This double charge needs released. And I will inform her work company Food Lion of this.
Most people live check to check and cannot wait 10 days for you to feel like releasing my money.
This is outrageous...

Poor Quality & Zero Customer Service
I just recently found this website and I too wanted to share the experience that I recently had with Shoes For Crews.
Back in August 2021, when I received the shoes that I had ordered, the lace ripped through the eyelet the very first time that I tried to tie them. After making contact with them, the exchange process went off without a hitch.
When I received my replacement pair about a week later, the very same thing happened the first time I tried to tie them, but this time it was the other shoe. Once again, I called customer service and the agent I spoke to said that she would note my account that an exception would be made for me to receive a third pair. I received an email with the return label and shipped them off. After two weeks of waiting for my replacement pair, I gave them a call and the answer I received is what made me blow my top.
I was informed that a refund for the second pair had been processed minus a restocking fee of $6.95 and the return shipping fee of $9.95. I informed the agent that is not what I was told. He told me that he did in fact see the note regarding how I am supposed to receive a replacement pair, but the policy is on the website. (the policy basically reads, one free exchange, then it's considered a return) I told him that is not what his co-worker told me.
He told me that he was sorry (yeah right) that I was given misinformation, but you are not getting a refund for the fees. The policy, which is on the website, clearly states why.
After getting absolutely nowhere with these people, I discovered where the home office was located and filed a complaint with the local BBB, explaining to them what I am telling you. Within 24hours, someone responded to my complaint and I had my fees refunded.
With this said, due to the poor quality product and the pathetic customer service, I will never purchase anything from Shoes For Crews again.

Very disappointed I called, and they said the report was going to be investigated maybe ask for pictures that they would call me within three days. It has been two weeks and still waiting .
