We love the Park and decided to buy ourselves. With Josie’s help we found the caravan we wanted and she made the purchase and move here so easy!The kid’s love having the caravan and we enjoy having somewhere to relax. It was a very big decision, but we fell in love with it.The only thing was we did not want to move off the garden plot we are on, as we love it. Guy and James came and had a look and gave it the thumbs up so a massive thank you to them.Josie was our sales advisor and she was fantastic. She was so helpful and always at the end of the phone. Nothing was a problem and she is amazing at what she does. She is so easy to talk to just like a family member.When we completed our handover, Josie explained everything to us and answered all our questions and it went smoothly.We love it here and Josie made it so easy for us moving out of one caravan and into another. It is definitely money well spent. Martin Taylor was our advisor and he really put us both at ease and under no pressure. He kept in touch throughout from day one, answered all our questions and was always available whether in person or at the end of the phone. The handover went smoothly and all in all we have no complaints whatsoever.Mr and Mrs HoggardJosie has given us first class service and been in contact throughout our purchasing process, answering all of our questions and queries and making it a very relaxed and enjoyable experience.
