I know these are stressful times and we would like to assure you we are open with normal business hours and here for you if you should need us! We would like to give you some guidance on the best practices to keep our community safe and well!Please read the following to help US help YOU to stay healthy!We are utilizing increased surface disinfecting precautions before and after all patient encounters and designating sick and well rooms . We ask all patients to wear a mask or face covering. We will have all sick patients check in and go directly to a room, if no room is available you will be asked to wait in the car or outside. We are encouraging phone triage and will be offering virtual on-line appointments when applicable. Stay tuned for more info on this!We encourage you to call if you have concerns for Coronavirus COVID19 symptoms (consisting of fever, cough or shortness of breath). If symptoms are mild we ask you to ride this out at home and to self-quarantine until symptoms subside. There is no treatment other than supportive measures and we do not have kits to test. Please do not walk in to be seen. Please call to request phone triage or to be seen if symptoms are not resolving. Our priority is to keep our most vulnerable patients well while continuing to provide the rest of the services we offer.Please be patient as we are getting many more calls than normal! Leave a message....we have extra staff to cover our phones!We do not have test kits available in the office and we are waiting to hear recommendations for testing in future. Check the CDC website for updates at CDC.GOV. These are 1.5 hour sessions. The session is billed to your insurance. Any copay and any deductibles will apply. Office staff will call you ahead of virtual appointment to send you a Zoom link to join and collect your copay.
