The Federation and Friends groups are strong advocates for DC Public Library services, programs, facilities, and funding at the community level and before the DC City Council and Mayors Office.
Since social distancing began, the DC Public is going above and beyond to ensure that all D.C. residents have access to the resources available via the library's digital collection. The Friends of DC Public Library and the DC Library Association are so proud of our their work to serve our community in innovative ways, and we need to show them our appreciation.
