(Courtesy photo Iowa Department of Public Safety)The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward and continues to seek information about Breasia Terrell, 10, who went missing Friday, July 10, from Davenport, Iowa, after spending the night with her half-brother and his father, Henry Earl Dinkins, a registered sex offender.An Amber Alert was issued five days after her disappearance.Breasia had gone to Dinkins apartment in the 2700 block of East 53rd Street with her half-brother for an overnight stay on July 9, Aishia Lankford, the girl s mother, told officials. Lankford last heard from her daughter at 9 p.m. that Thursday night when Breasia used Dinkins phone to call her mother and tell her goodnight.Davenport police consider Dinkins, 47, as a person of interest in Breasia s disappearance, but declined to label him a suspect. (Courtesy photo Davenport police)Dinkins currently is being held at the Scott County Jail for violating sex offender registration requirements and a probation violation.Breasia Terrell is 4 feet 6 inches tall, weighs about 75 pounds, and has brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen near Dinkins apartment in the early hours of July 10 wearing a white T-shirt, shorts, and white or pink flip-flops.In a July 21 interview with NBC News Dateline, Lankford said the family believes Breasia is being held against her will and said they are not giving up hope that she ll be found safe.Davenport police and the FBI have released photos of Breasia and Dinkins, along with images of Dinkins vehicles, with hopes that those with information will come forward.FBI Special Agent in Charge Kristi Johnson of the FBI s Omaha Field Office announced on July 24 a $10,000 reward for information leading to Breasia s return view or download the FBI Poster here and Quad Cities Crime Stoppers has offered a separate $3,500 reward.Submit a TipIf you have any information concerning Breasia Terrell s disappearance, please contact the FBI s Omaha Field Office at 402-493-8688 or the Davenport Police Department at 563-326-6125.
