Church Secretary for Windows 2019 is now available for Download. Please try the program for up to 30 days. Fully functional except for the time limit to evaluate the program. If you decide to buy a license for your church no need to uninstall/reinstall. You will receive a small file to save in the same folder where the program is installed and this license file will remove the trial limit. Not a subscription - the program is then yours to use forever. I have also reduced the price per church to just $59 - this is a perpetual (eternal?) license. You may use Church Secretary for Windows year after year without paying any additional costs. Pretty good deal, huh? In case you did not find it in the documentation, you can login initially with the username of Admin and no password.The screen shot below shows member details, and optional photo, with tabs for related items. You can view the online help file by clicking here. This version is not web or cloud based - all the data is local on your computer or church's local area network if you have one. No per member or per user charges. Church Secretary for Windows 2019 does not provide for contributions by credit card, or many other high end features. Multiple users on either a shared computer or your LAN can each have their own logins and roles/permissions. Family and Member Information is easy to record. If you like you can include photos of Families and Members and print your own pictorial directories.A wide variety of reports, many with charts.Dashboards with multiple charts/grids/etc.Record Member Contributions and/or Contribution Summaries.Records Member Attendance, individually and/or Attendance Summaries.Maintain your Church Library - keep track of which member has checked out/returned which itemMaintain a Prayer ListEasily Enter Talents and link the Members with these Talents for later reporting and searchingMaintain Groups and Group MembershipI believe this version of Church Secretary for Windows is the best one so far.
