A fire engine + pizza = happy kiddos! Thank you, Sunrise community and @dominos for this wonderful partnership event yesterday and today! We had a whole box of smoke alarms, ready to install. However, everyone we saw had working smoke alarms in their home and so it was our pleasure to give out free pizza certificates! Remember to test your smoke alarms each month and know the sounds! #Centralpiercefire #firedepartment #smokealarms #firepreventionweek #partnership #sunrise #puyallup #community #piercecounty #iaff #nfpa @nfpadotorg...

This week is great time to order pizza for lunch or dinner and check your smoke alarms! Today and tomorrow we are partnering with Domino's for Fire Prevention Week. It's simple: order a pizza to be delivered and both Domino's and CP will show up! If you have working smoke alarms, you will get a certificate for a free pizza next time. If your smoke alarms don't work, we will replace the batteries or install a new one for free! This offer is good from 1-5 pm at the Domino's located at 16420 Meridian Ave E, Puyallup. You can order online through the website/app or call them at (253) 289-6161
Smoke alarms should be installed inside every sleeping room, outside each separate sleeping area, and on every level of the home. Smoke alarms should be interconnected so that when one sounds, they all sound. Make sure your smoke alarms meet the needs of everyone in your home, including those with sensory or physical disabilities.
Make sure you have working smoke alarms in every sleeping room, outside each separate sleeping area, and on every level of the home. Test all smoke alarms at least once a month. Press the test button to be sure the alarm is working.

This week is the 100th anniversary of Fire Prevention Week!! The theme this year is "Fire Won't Wait. Plan Your Escape." When was the last time you and your family discussed an escape plan from your home? It's important to have 2 ways out of each room, decide on a meeting place away from the home, and practice getting out!
Thank you so much for inviting us to the 10th annual Run 4 Miles 10k fun run today!
The event raises funds for Help Hope Live Northwest Catastrophic Injury Fund AND/OR Seattle Children’s Hospital Greatest Needs Fund! www.run4miles.com...
