Welcome to the EUFOLIO Project Website

The EU Classroom ePortfolios project (EUfolio) was a first-of-its-kind project that examined the use of digital portfolios in post-primary education. EUfolio ultimate aim was to challenge old learning and teaching norms by using ICT in classrooms.

In May 2012, Ireland, Lithuania, Slovenia, Cyprus and Bulgaria came together as project partners to test innovative ePortfolio models in classrooms and to report on the pros and cons of ICT integration in teaching and learning in education systems. The project culminated with an ePortfolios International Conference on Wednesday in April 2015 at Dublin Castle, which showcased the project’s numerous undertakings, accomplishments and discoveries.

Whilst the project is complete, eufolio.eu will remain available as an archive of the work done and as a resource for schools and teachers embarking on the use of ePortfolios.
