The 1125 Fejmert mixers have Alfa chrome liners, floors, and shoes.

1 Fejmert 1125-liter mixers (2 discharge doors ) with two augers to twin hopper

Dual auger system infeed to BFS machine. Good for colour blending.

Color mixing device hopper on top of the BFS machine

BFS volumetric filling station with walls that adjusts hydraulically to specific products with Siemens PLC controls and SEW drives

Chain timing conveyor and transport frame move product through the production line. Approximately a 20 sec cycle time to move product through the conveying equipment.

Includes a loading production board Destacker Station with a capacity of 10 boards and an unloading Stacker Station of 8 boards. Loading and unloading stacks are handled by forklift.

Pallet carriers with support legs for stacking on each other.

Polyurethane molds on wooden boards with guide.
