I believe they were introduced to combat gold sellers with the exception of the last one.1. Mailing a lot of items between characters on the same account causes the "sent too many mails" bug. This should not happen between characters on the same account.2. Mailing items from a low level character to any character on the same account, is not allowed. This should be allowed.3. I had a lot of items transferred from legion with my characters. Those items were bound on account (BoA). So, I was able to mail them between alts on the same account, which what Firestorm allowed us to do. Though, suddenly without warning, all those items became bound on pickup including bound on account items.
