2 – Canadian Tuxedo  |  Organic Haskap Berry Sour  |  Big Spruce  Brewing   6.0% ABV

A trailblazing sour, brewed with Nova Scotian haskap berries, we ratcheted up the funk-factor with iconic Brettanomyces yeast, lending a complexity and depth to the top notes of fruit and adding layers of flavour and aroma. Deeply hued, this is memorable beer at its best — kinda like that outfit.

3 – Pink Boots Haskap Lavender Blonde  |  Gahan Nova  |   4.2% ABV  13 IBU

The ladies have done it again! From concept to grain to glass, our team of collaborators have teamed up to make an absolutely delicious beer. We sourced locally-grown Nova Scotia haskap berries and lavender. The lavender was delicately balanced in for a nuanced appearance, but we jammed in as much haskap as we felt we could get away with. Truly this is something special!

4 – Trackside  | American Pale Ale  |  Truro Brew Co.  5.4% ABV

A crisp, clean American Pale Ale brewed with Pale Malt and Ahtanum Hops. Hop flavour is more herbal than citrus.
Light golden colour and medium weight mouthfeel. Dense white head and very clear body.

5 -Goodwill Amber  |  Annapolis Brewing Co.  |  5.3%  36 IBU

Malt forward with notes of caramel and nutty spice. A nice blend of spicy American hops are present yet not overpowering which allows the malty sweetness to shine through.

6 – Sam Adams  |  Boston Beer Company  |  5.0% ABV  30 IBU

A smooth, German-style lager with slightly sweet roasted malts, notes of caramel, toffee, and a distinct noble hop character with subtle piney citrus. Simply the best, most award winning beer in the world.

7 – Cole Harbour Red  |  Irish Red Ale  |  North Brewing  5.0% ABV

Special blend of malts. Just enough hop to balance all the classic roasty toasty malt flavour. A take on a classic Irish Red.

8 –  Kuitbier   |  Tanner & Co.  4.7% ABV

Step back into Dutch brewing history with our Kuitbier. Crafted in homage to the traditional ales of 16th century Holland, this brew showcases a harmonious blend of oats, wheat, and barley. Its smooth malt character is accented by subtle herbal notes.

9 – Daydreamer  |  ESB  | Backstage Brewing 4.5% ABV

An English ESB. Solid malt with some hop spice.

10 – Brown Ale  |  Sea Level Brewing  5.0% ABV

 Strong Malty backbone, with rich notes of chocolate and caramel. Smooth easy drinking.

11 – Smokey Chipotle Porter  |  Meander River Farm & Brewery  7.2% ABV

Smoky, chocolatey, fresh dark roast coffee are the intense aromas coming off of Meander River’s award winning Smoky Chipotle Porter. To the eye, the beer is clear and dark chocolate in colour with dense, mocha brown foam. This robust palate is smooth and silky, with notes of dark chocolate, bitter roasted coffee, and a warming chipotle heat that builds with each sip. The finish is long and cozy.

12 – Noonan’s Pride Stout  |  Irish Stout  |  Smokehouse Brewery   4.2% ABV 39 IBU

Dry Irish Stout, smooth tasting with a nice roasted malt flavour.

IPAS

13 – Exile On North Street  |  IPA |  Unfiltered  6.5% ABV

Gluten-reduced west coast IPA.

14 – Nova Haze  |  IPA  |  Gahan Nova   6.1% ABV  30 IBU

Brewed with a simple, yet luscious, malt bill and a gigantic addition of post boil and dry hops. Low bitterness, tropical and citrusy hops, a delectably silky mouthfeel and that haze for days makes Nova Haze a truly special concoction.

15 – Cerberus  |  Organic American IPA  |  Big Spruce  7.0% ABV

Abundantly bitter, and aromatic with a lip smacking dry hop for balanced complexity.

16 –  Frost Giant  |  Imperial IPA  |  Brightwood  7.5% ABV 

This west coast leaning Imperial IPA is GUARANTEED to warm your bones this season with its decidedly malty, balanced booziness and noticeable bitterness profile

CIDER

17 – Steeped  |  Chain Yard  6.5% ABV

A refreshing off-dry blend of co-fermented strawberry and Macintosh apples aged on loose-leaf black tea, Steeped has aromas of ripe strawberry and citrusy bergamot. Vibrant, late summer orchard fruit, red berries and earthy apple round out the palate, leading to a smooth, enlivening finish.

18 – Robuste  |  Annapolis Cider Co.  11.0% ABV

Robuste was fermented in medium French Oak, and then split up and aged for another year in both rum barrels in addition to two different grades of French oak. Needless to say, the oak carries on the palette, along with rich notes of vanilla and caramel coupled with some barrel funk and enough acidity to finish clean.

19 – Snowed In  |  Maritime Express  |   8.0% ABV

A deliciously sweet and spiced cider with notes of cinnamon, ginger, vanilla and nutmeg. Aromas of fresh apple pie.

20 – Raspberry   |  Lake City Cider 6.0% ABV

This is a blend of our crisp apple cider (made with 100% Nova Scotian apples) along with a house made raspberry wine. Our raspberries are sourced from Van Meekeren farms. This cider finishes semi-dry with tart raspberry on the nose and palate.

White

Tidal Bay  |  Benjamin Bridge  10%ABV

In the glass, a pale straw colour with a white gold hue. The nose offers an utterly pure bouquet of citrus oils, bittersweet floral perfume and fresh-culled mint. On the palate, the wine is crisp and electrifying, with zesty suggestions of lime, tangerine and a seamless chalky finish made of echoing maritime mineral notes.

Nova 7  |  Benjamin Bridge  6.5%

A pale rubescent pink colour with crystalline reflections. On the nose, hints of mango puree and ripe juicy Georgia summer peaches are energized with zesty notes of key lime sorbet. On the palate, the wine refreshes immediately, with a vibrant combination of honeysuckle, lemon cream, and a touch of spring floral blossoms.

Bubbly White  |  Lightfoot & Wolfville  11%

Pale gold in the glass with a light, lively effervescence. On the nose, fragrant, expressive notes of white blossom and honeyed tree fruit, pear and peach, are accented by hints of lemongrass and raw ginger. The fresh fruit flavors carry over to the palate, with lush, ripe melon balanced by refreshing citrus. 

Bubbly Rosé  |  Lightfoot & Wolfville  11%

A fruit-driven sparkling rosé blend designed to showcase a distinctly refreshing blend of aromatic grape varieties. This wine displays the bright Nova Scotia terroir vividly with the region’s signature freshness and fragrant floral aromatics, but our diverse planting of unique grape varieties allows our winemaking team to blend a brilliantly distinctive style of sparkling.
