SMG seeks to fill a gap in the existing association management community, through high-quality hands on management of residential associations. Sixes Management Group believes in focusing on a small group of clients and providing high quality onsite operations and management, resulting in higher quality communities with more satisfied residents. Founded with the belief that the levels of service, quality, and attention to detail in the association management industry are lacking, the principals of Sixes Management Group bring 100+ years of operating experience, dealing directly with retail customers, while also having extensive knowledge of and relationships with master planned residential developments.

Having worked with over forty residential master-planned communities and the amenities through our sister company in golf course and club management, SMG enjoys the benefits of extensive experience, and brings a unique perspective on service, maintenance, enhancement of residential values, and customer service stemming from experience in the initial marketing and sales of homes in residential communities, as well as 30-years of experience in Club management. From these years of experience, SMG has developed effective, proven principles and insightful techniques that have consistently produced high-quality results for our clients in community associations of any size.
