A honey process from El Salvador is partnered with a very unique and special extended fermentation coffee from Brazil. Notes of chocolate feature in both and while Las Mercedes is more subtle in its sweetness, Jose Borges’ coffee with notes of sherry and apple. is as boozy as it is zingy and will definitely be a hit with all those lovers of natural funk in coffee. Jose Borges will also feature as our ‘Discover’ coffee this month.
