June 1 - Annual Dues are due ($150)

August 15 - $50 late fee applied if dues not received ($200 total)

September 15 - additional $50 late fee applied if dues not received ($250 total)

October 15 - additional $100 late fee applied if dues not received + lien on property + attorney fees

Recycling Information

Recycling is important to everyone.  Unfortunately, it is not profitable for local businesses to continue this service for our neighborhood.  
 
Bowling Green Recycling will accept corrugated box, paper, glass, & aluminum.  Other recycling companies in the area will take appliances for the metal to scrap.  In many cases, aluminum will be reimbursed in payment.

Hidden River Open Space UPDATED

NO RIDING OF MOTORIZED VEHICLES ON HUNT PROPERTIES (OPEN GREEN SPACES)
 
Attention all Hidden River Residents.  The open spaces are currently owned and maintained by the current neighborhood developer; Hunt Farms.   Since the open spaces are currently private property, please respect the property boundaries.  Any questions or comments about the open space should be referred to Hunt Farms.   
 
The common areas like the entrance, islands and road right of ways are maintained by our Association. Please do not plant bushes or trees as it can cause the mowing expense to increase. If you want to plant something in or on the common areas please contact the board for permission.

~ Online Payments - Suspended ~
We are currently transitioning to a new online payment company.  Therefore, there is NOT an online payment option available at this time.  We will update again as soon as the transition is complete!  In the meantime, please mail your dues (check or money order) to the HRNA at the address listed on the website.  Thank you for your understanding and patience with this process.

~ Mailbox Supplies ~
The HRNA has purchased mailboxes and replacement parts that can be purchased, at cost, for repairs or upgrades for your resident mailbox.  The prices are as follows:
