To maintain a high level of service and support for your printer, Zebra strongly recommends selecting the following service option: ZEBRACARE™ Advantage Plus
The ZEBRACARE Advantage Plus Maintenance Agreement will provide you with a service level for your Zebra Thermal Printer comparable to that previously provided by FedEx. Purchase of Advantage Plus will provide you with:
- Direct telephone contact for technical support of the Zebra thermal printer (Note: other non-Zebra hardware and software items are not supported by Zebra).
- Overnight replacement for any printer that fails during the term of the agreement.
