Dr. Steven B. Levine provides consulting services and medical records reviews on behalf of third parties including law firms and insurance-related companies. The medical practice ceased all patient care services as of November 2021 (scroll to the bottom for how to retrieve medical records).
Dr. Levine is an award-winning board-certified Otolaryngologist-Head & Neck Surgeon (Ear, Nose & Throat) and former Yale, Cornell and Penn faculty. His medical degree was from University of Rochester and residency was at University of Pennsylvania. He is a national and international invited speaker with publications related to hearing, sinus, allergy and throat disorders. Dr. Levine is also a patent holder of a hearing diagnostic device. He has been listed in Castle Connolly Top Doctor for 20+ consecutive years and held leadership positions at state and national medical societies. He is an experienced expert witness (including deposition and trial).
