Early Times Report Jammu, May 16: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has attached seven immovable properties in Kashmir belonging to a top terrorist of the Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), according to an official statement issued on Thursday. Terrorist Sartaj Ahmed Mantoo’s properties, including land measuring 19 Marlas and 84 Sq ft at Kisarigam in Pulwama district, were attached on Wednesday on the orders of a special NIA court in Jammu, it said. Early Times Report SRINAGAR, May 16 : Security forces foiled an infiltration bid in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kupwara district, official sources said on Thursday. The bid was foiled in the Tangdhar sector of Kupwara last night when the Army deployed along the Line of Control (LOC) noticed the suspected movement of infiltrators. Krishna, a 1995-batch Indian Police Service (IPS) officer of Assam-Meghalaya cadre, is currently working as Inspector General in the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). Fire breaks out at Udhampur grid station

Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, May 16: A fire broke out at a grid station in the Battal Ballian industrial area of Udhampur district on Thursday. Upon receiving the information, fire tenders were deployed to the site and operations started to douse the blaze. Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Prahlad Sharma said, “As soon as we received the information, SHO reached the spot. The efforts to douse the fire are underway.
