Our cottages are lovingly renovated historic buildings that have been traditionally finished, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped to provide luxury and comfort. We currently offer eleven self-catering cottages, located in rural areas of stunning natural beauty: on the edge of the North York Moors National Park near Scarborough in North Yorkshire; near Barnard Castle in County Durham; in Scotland on the Black Isle near Inverness, and near Loch Linnhe; and one in the lovely town of Sedbergh, Cumbria - perfect for active holidays or peaceful breaks for all.  You can venture out for a gentle ramble with your dog, climb a mountain, hike across moors and forestry, take the children fishing, bird watching, cycling, stroll and picnic on the beach, or simply stock up on lovely food and drink and relax in the comfort of your 'home-from-home' with uninterrupted views across gorgeous countryside.

Our cottages sleep from 3 up to 8 guests, and all are dog friendly too (up to 2 well-behaved dogs). Our guests come back year after year and you can read what they say about us here.
