** An important message regarding COVID-19 from the Albini Family:**

COVID-19 has affected many local businesses, in particularly restaurants, gyms, or any other place of business that involves large masses of peoples, and a funeral home is no different in that regard.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to all small business owners in Waterbury and throughout the country and hope the effect is has on their families is minimal and is resolved expeditiously.

Chase Parkway Memorial, The Albini Family Funeral Home is still open and we are still serving the families of the Greater Waterbury Area.

If your family needs to make funeral arrangements for a loved one and you do not feel comfortable coming to the funeral home to do so, that is ok.  There are other ways we can successfully complete all the tasks involved with making funeral arrangements, i.e. over the phone, or email.

The staff at Chase Parkway Memorial has been educated on what precautions are particularly necessary on dealing with COVID-19 in regards to properly handling human remains with people who have COVID-19 and as well as precautions necessary with handling masses of people entering and exiting the building.  As always, the funeral home is cleaned regularly and hand sanitizer is always available in numerous locations throughout the building.

It is extremely important to wash your hands regularly, properly, for the adequate amount of time, and encouraged to do so before leaving your home and before exiting the funeral home.

Unfortunately, no one is sure when the COVID-19 pandemic will be contained to the point where things will go back to normal, if you will.  Until then, it is up to the family’s we serve discretion to decide on whether they want services for their loved one to remain private or public.

The Albini Family and all of the staff at Chase Parkway Memorial hopes for everyone out there to stay safe, healthy and stay aware of any updates and or changes on COVID-19.  If anyone has any further questions and or concerns, we encourage you to reach out to the funeral home at 203-574-1313.

Thank you and stay safe & healthy.
