The Helping Neighbors program helps income-qualified households save on monthly energy costs by offering a free home energy assessment as well as up to $150 in energy saving products, all at no cost to you

A trained energy expert will visit your home and complete an assessment lasting up to 60-minutes. During this time you will be provided with energy saving tips along with a personalized home energy report. At the end of your appointment, with your permission, your energy analyst will install some of the energy saving products listed above throughout your home.
Over the phone, a trained energy expert will discuss how your home uses energy and identify the best opportunities for you to save energy and money while also improving your comfort. After completing your appointment you will receive a personalized home energy report as well as LED bulbs and nightlights. Your kit may also include pipe wrap, showerheads, and kitchen and bathroom aerators.
