Alvaro Delicado

Co-Founder, Scale Gas

Alvaro Delicado worked for Enagas at their commercial department as Account Manager, after 3 years he began a cofounder of Scale Gas, a company Powered by Enagas established in 2017, to invest, build, operate and maintain LNG small scale infrastructures especially focus on remote areas and LNG for transport sector (Bunkering / Filling stations). Actually he is managing the development of terminals and bunkering projects. Started his career, after graduation as Industrial Engineering, on an inspection company, after 5 years working on this sector he changed to Middles Distillates and Biodiesel Imported Company for the Spanish market as associate on Premier Oil, an exclusive agent for Mercuria Energy Trading at Spain, working with the mayor oil companies.

Dr. James Watson

Secretary General, Eurogas

Dr Watson is the Secretary General of Eurogas, a role he has held since January 2019. Eurogas is the association representing the European gas wholesale, retail and distribution sectors.
Prior to taking the helm at Eurogas, Dr Watson was the Chief Executive Officer of SolarPower Europe, the European solar industry association. Before joining SolarPower Europe, Dr Watson worked as the Director of Public Affairs for Weber Shandwick, specialising in energy and trade policy. Before coming to Brussels, Dr Watson worked for the Commonwealth Secretariat on a European Commission project on trade and sustainable development based in Ethiopia. Earlier in his career James worked for various UK government bodies in London and worked as a lecturer in Environmental Law at the University of Manchester.
He holds a Ph.D in International Trade and Environmental Law from the University of Leeds, and is currently a Visiting Professor at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.

Andrew Clifton

General Manager, SIGTTO

Andrew Clifton is the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of SIGTTO (The Society of International Gas Tanker & Terminal Operators Ltd), he has over 30 years experience in the liquefied gas shipping industry. This includes 19 years at sea, three years as master, mainly on liquefied gas carriers, a first class honours degree in shipping operations and shore managerial experience over the last 12 years. The latter includes three years working at the UK’s Marine Accident Investigation Branch (MAIB), marine superintendent with Golar LNG, almost two years in the SIGTTO Secretariat as a Technical Adviser and over five years in Indonesia with BP as LNG Shipping manager for the Tangguh LNG project.
Andrew was also the SIGTTO Panel chairman from October 2008 until becoming GM.
Andrew Clifton is the eighth SIGTTO General Manager. He is also the youngest General Manager and the first General Manager who was formerly a Technical Adviser at the Society.

Chris Clucas

General Manager, SIGTTO

Chris Clucas is General Manager at SIGTTO (the Society of International Gas Tanker & Terminal Operators Ltd). He holds degrees in Chemistry (B.Sc.) and Cryogenics (M.Sc). From 1973-78, Chris was at the International Chamber of Shipping (ICS), working on the original IGC Code and the STCW gas training syllabus; he compiled the ICS Tanker Safety Guide (Liquefied Gas).
After qualifying in Cryogenics, he worked on LNG plant design with British Gas, then joined Kosan Tankers as Superintendent before moving to the company’s Isle of Man LPG operation.
In 1990, Chris returned to shipping with Dorchester Maritime – looking after cargo system design, newbuild, upgrades & operations for their owned & managed LPG/LEG/LNG fleets. He was appointed to the Board in 2008.
Since 2018, Chris has run Liquefied Gas Consultancy Ltd, providing training courses for ship & shore gas staff, “Expert Witness” advice and design/operational consultancy.
In 2013, Chris was elected Founder President of the Society for Gas as a Marine Fuel (SGMF) and is the current Secretary. He is the immediate past Chair of SIGTTO’s General Purposes Committee as well past Chair of the SIGTTO Panel. Chris is co-Chair of the Gastech Conference and a member of the Gastech Governing Body.

James Primrose

Principal Process Engineer, EMEA, Mcdermott

James has over 17 years industry experience and has been part of McDermott’s Liquefaction Studies team since 2012. He is currently LNG Technology Manager at McDermott and has held lead positions on multiple LNG liquefaction and LNG regasification projects across studies, pre FEED, FEED, EPC and performance testing of LNG facilities. James is a key member of McDermott’s Energy Transition initiatives. He is a regional SME for McDermott’s Net Zero Facilities and Low Carbon Engineering, an active member of the hydrogen workgroup at McDermott, and is the Technology Lead for Hydrogen Liquefaction Development.

Jurgita Šilinskaitė-Venslovienė

Head of LNG Commerce, AB Klaipėdos Nafta

Jurgita Šilinskaitė-Venslovienė is the Head of LNG Commerce at the Oil and LNG terminals operator „Klaipėdos nafta“. She is responsible for FSRU based Klaipėda LNG terminal and onshore LNG Bunkering and Truck loading terminal. She has extensive experience in management of diverse infrastructural projects in different sectors. Previous work experience of her covers Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant, National Development Institute and private holding company. At the same time Jurgita Šilinskaitė-Venslovienė is a Board member of Klaipėda University (Lithuania).

Nusret Cömert

Chairman of the Board, Damnus Energy & Investment, Inc.

Nusret Comert is the Chairman of the Board and the Principle Shareholder of Damnus Energy & Investment Inc. He has been in the upstream, midstream and downstream of energy industry since 1984. He had been supporting Royal Dutch Shell’s activities in the Middle East, Africa, Caspian and European region for developing upstream oil and gas positions and additional gas supplies for Turkey and Europe. Comert has led the natural gas sector’s liberalization process in Turkey and is the founder and was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shell Energy A.S., the first private company importing and trading natural gas in Turkey. He has also led Shell’s entry in deep water exploration in the Mediterranean and West Black Sea as well as Shale Oil and Shale Gas exploration in South East Turkey in partnership with TPAO, the national upstream company. In Shell, Comert was an Exploration Leadership Team Member in Middle East and North Africa; a Gas and Power Leadership Team Member in South East Europe. Comert gained broad experience from the development of the Trans-Caspian Gas Project, gas and power production, storage, LNG, and distribution projects and initiated the Turkey-Greece Gas Pipeline Project, currently supplying gas to Greece via Turkey. Previously, Comert worked at Shell’s Central Offices in London for several years responsible for Gas & Power Business Development for Turkey and East Mediterranean region. Prior roles spanned in the areas of marketing & sales, planning & economics and supply & distribution of fuels and lubricants for the Group’s Oil Products business. Comert has led Shell Turkey’s transformation during deregulation period in oil products in Turkey.
Comert has been an Independent Board Member of Akfen Holding A.S. (akfen.com.tr), the leading infrastructure holding in Turkey developed and operated major airports around the world, Mersin International Port, power generation, property, Istanbul Sea Transportation, hotels, etc. for four years and he is an Independent Board Member of Borusan Mannesmann (http://www.borusanmannesmann.com) a leading international pipe producer, and Honorary Consul of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago in Istanbul and overall Turkey, an Executive Board Member of Istanbul Consular Corps (ICC) responsible for International Relations.
Comert held a BS degree (Mechanical Engineering) and completed Istanbul University Business School. He is a Senior Advanced Leadership Fellow at Harvard University (advancedleadership.harvard.edu) and an IMD Business School Alumni, member of Harvard Club of New York City, Vice President of Harvard Club of Turkey. Comert has been an active member of TUSIAD (tusiad.org), the Turkish Industrialists and Businessmen’s Association for 15 years and the Deputy Chairman of the Energy Group. He is a founder and former Chairman of the Board of Directors of PETFORM, the Petroleum Platform Association for three terms, Executive Board Member of Turkish Foreign Economic Board (DEIK) Turkey-Central America and Caribbeans Business Council, a member of advisory board of Energy and Sustainable Development Practices and Research Center of Kadir Has University. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and forums and is often interviewed by press on the topics of energy and leadership.

Paolo Macor

Roxana Caliminte

Deputy Secretary General, GIE

Roxana is the Deputy Secretary General of GIE, a position she’s held since 2017. GIE is the voice of the European gas infrastructure operators, including gas pipelines, storages and LNG regasification terminals, and it has 70 members from 26 European countries. Prior to joining GIE, she worked for the Romanian gas transmission operator Transgaz, where she was responsible for the company’s engagement with EU and governmental bodies. Roxana holds a Master’s Degree in Business in German language from Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, with exchange semesters in Germany and Russia. Since 2020, Roxana is assisting EU-Russia Energy Relations and visiting lecturer at Energy Markets MBA at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania.

Sergio Gonzalez

Sergio has more than ten years of professional experience holding several engineering and commercial positions within the Oil & Gas sector with a special focus on the Gas/LNG field.
Sergio joined Foster Wheeler (which lately became part of Wood Plc.) on 2011 as Proposal Manager for LNG Regas Business.
He has been responsible for the Business Development activities as well as Proposal Management of Onshore/Offshore LNG Import, Storage and Regasification Terminal Projects worldwide, based in Madrid Office (Spain), the Centre of Excellence for LNG Regasification Projects within Wood Plc. Corporation. Wood Spain is part of Wood’s SERC (Southern Europe, Russia and Caspian) geographical region.
Now he has recently been appointed as LNG Business Line Leader for EAAA Region (Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia) leading the Business Development activities for Gas/LNG Import/Export projects in this part of the world.

I am an economist with more than ten years’ experience in the oil and gas sector. I have an active contribution to the successful implementation in various energy projects. I hold a PhD in Energy and Environmental Management from the University of Vienna. Currently, I am working for the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), as a Senior Energy Forecast Analyst, headquarters in Doha, Qatar. I am supervising the GECF Global Gas Model (GGM) runs, regular updates of the data and the GECF Global Gas Outlook storylines.

Germain Hurtado

Germain Hurtado is Hydrogen Project Director. He is in charge of the flagship project HyPSTER project Hydrogen Pilot Storage for large Ecosystem Replication. Mariarosa Baroni

President, NGV Italy

Mariarosa Baroni has over 35 years of experience in the development of alternative fuels, contributing already in the 90s with her industry-leading engineering company to the birth of OEM gas-powered cars and developing an installation and maintenance network in hundreds of workshops of OEM dealerships.
In the same years, thanks to the experience gained at the Italian level, she contributed to the development of various international gas mobility markets, such as India and Iran, with local partners, operating mainly in the light and heavy duty OEM area.
The close collaboration with European and international OEMs has allowed her to promote Italian technology in the world as an expert marketing consultant and become a reference person for sustainable gas mobility at an international level.
In recent years she has dedicated her first experience to the promotion of natural gas and bio-methane (CNG and LNG) especially in Japan through institutional relations and local authorities. Since 2013 Mariarosa has been President of NGV Italy continuing to promote and strengthen the leadership of Italian technologies for natural gas and bio-methane (CNG and LNG), blended fuels and hydrogen mobility.

Christian Hoellinger

Hydrogen Mobility Platform Manager, Shell

After graduated his business economic studies at Johannes Kepler University in Linz Christian Hoellinger started his career in Shell in 1993. After several local sales & marketing roles in retail, managing the CSC and then becoming sales manager for CRT Austria/Switzerland, he moved to international marketing and sales management roles in the Global Shell Cards business. In 2014, Christian got the responsibility for managing the European international key accounts business in Shell Fleet Solution. In this role he was managing the sales team for the indirect international Leasing & Reseller segment as well as big direct international fleets & CRT customers amounting to a total volume of more than 1,5 Bln ltrs. He and his team achieved sufficient volume growth in a mature business segment year on year. Christian is well connected within the transport & fleet industry as he gathered good relationships to external top card accounts in this segment.
Mid 2018 Christian was appointed to lead the European Road Downstream LNG team with the key responsibility on accelerating the uptake of LNG in road transport across Europe. He defined the strategic plans for that segment, drove the development of the required LNG Retail network across Europe and was focused to ensure new customer & shipper opportunities are secured. In this position he built a great relationship to all relevant internal stakeholders across different Shell business units and to different key external stakeholders such as leading Truck OEMs, industry platforms, shipping & logistic companies. Representing Shell as member in NGVA Christian was appointed as Vice President of this European association from October 2020.
In August 2022 Christian moved into the Shell Hydrogen business area to take over the role of the Hydrogen Mobility Platform Manager. His key responsibility is to build together with his team and key partners & suppliers a unique mobility platform for Shells’ transport customers to win them for hydrogen trucks and further reduce CO2 emissions sharply.
On the private side Christian is married and has got a daughter (15) and a son (20). In his spare time he enjoys quality time & travelling with his family & friends and doing outside sports in the beautiful Austrian nature like jogging, hiking, playing tennis and skiing.

From 2011 to 2023 he was Head of Research and Development of CIB - Consorzio Italiano Biogas where he led several European funded projects (GreenGasGrids, BIOSURF, ISAAC, etc.). Nowadays he works as a senior consultant for some important companies operating in the biogas and biomethane sector. Every year he participates as a speaker at numerous international conferences and workshops.

Federica Sposato

Federica Sposato is Business Development Project Manager in Elengy. She is responsible for all projects aiming to develop new usages of LNG such as Bio LNG plants or new supply chains etc. After 15 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, acting as a project engineer, risk officer, then as a project manager for gas distribution network or LNG liquefaction plants, since 2016 she’s coordinating projects on different renewables in different countries : Wind Offshore , Geothermal and now LNG, Bio LNG, in France, Italy and Caribbeans. Martin Baber

Martin joined MOL in 2019 to help oversee opportunities of MOL’s 100+ LNG conventional and offshore vessels with a focus on the Western market. Martin also supports MOL in the companies vision to achieve net zero GHG emissions by 2050, by developing new business structures across the maritime business environment including hydrogen, ammonia, wave energy and offshore wind initiatives. Additionally he is a representative on the World Economic Forum.
Prior to joining MOL, Martin has worked with other ship owners, investment funds and private equity groups on shipping opportunities within in the energy sector.
Martin holds an Executive MBA from Imperial College Business School and was a Commissioned Officer in the Parachute Regiment, HM Forces.

Steven Borsos

Giuseppe Guida

Giuseppe started his 25 years Oil & Gas experience in new gas turbine design, moving later in EPC offshore projects in technical and project management roles. During this period he gained experience in unconventional projects like floating production units, acid gas platforms, shallow water and extreme weather conditions supporting tendering, engineering, procurement and construction.
During his experience within an energy company, Giuseppe was directly involved in strategic projects such as conventional onshore LNG terminal, SSLNG and offshore pipelines with special attention to innovation in energy transition and renewables with the objective to develop new products. Seyed Mohsen Razavi

Energy Technology Analyst, Gas Exporting Countries Forum Secretariat

As an energy analyst with more than 14 years experience, Seyed Mohsen Razavi was involved and led several energy projects including energy modelling, energy-related feasibility analysis and energy economy analysis.
After the graduation in Energy Systems Engineering, he began his career in upstream oil and gas sector when he joined a drilling company and contributed to many energy projects such as drilling wells for geothermal energy and underground gas storages. In 2009, he moved to the Institute for International Energy Studies (IIES) that is a research institute based in Tehran where he became involved in many energy modelling projects and analysis.
In 2016, he joined Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) as Energy Technology Analyst where he is in charge of gas supply modelling and developing technology scenarios within the framework of GECF Global Gas Outlook (GGO). So far, he contributed to five revision of the annual GGO in the energy modelling process. He has been the author of the gas supply chapter in GGO, and he developed different scenarios, including the Technology Advancement Scenario (TAS), Energy Transition Scenario (ETS), and Hydrogen Scenario (HS).

Diveena Danabalan

Andrés Pérez Quiroga

Eric Zielinski

Eric Zielinski joined Saipem in 2003 and has more than 30 years in process design and engineering management, especially for cryogenic applications, including ethylene plants cold sections, natural gas liquids and natural gas liquefaction.
He has developed within Saipem the Floating LNG solutions and is the coauthor of several patents aiming at improving the efficiency of gas expansion cycles, including the Liqueflex TM process which combines the functions of NGL extraction, gas boosting and liquefaction.

Stefaan Adriaens

Emmanuel Grand

Emmanuel Grand is an energy economist with more than 15 years of advisory experience in the gas and LNG sector. His expertise focuses on issues related to gas & LNG contracts, markets, and regulations.
Emmanuel has supported gas and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) buyers and sellers in their negotiations over Short- and Long-Term supply contracts, as well as infrastructure contracts, analysing prices and flexibilities, payments terms, risk-sharing and operational issues for engagements exceeding $20bn combined. He has repeatedly represented clients in negotiation with counterparties, as well as provided arguments and counterarguments to support clients’ positions. His expertise on gas and LNG contracts has also been put to use in dispute settings, with 10+ projects as an expert in contracts price reviews or terminations, analysing the entire value chain and its competitive dynamics, and testifying before tribunals.
Emmanuel has conducted strategic reviews and business development in 20+ cases to support large scale transactions, market entry strategies or investment decisions. He provided critical analysis of investment and commercial plans, reviewed relevant
competition, supported the design of numerous go-to-market strategies, and built supply- demand forecasting models to quantify gas, LNG and related infrastructure prices and volumes to 2050.
Emmanuel has worked on gas and LNG regulatory issues in 35 countries across Europe, Asia and Africa, related to markets design, price controls, access rules and remuneration schemes. Daisuke Harada

Marcin Szczudło

Vice President Polish Gas and Oil Company, Retail Branch

Marcin Szczudło is a former Vice President of PGNiG Retail Branch (PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny), the largest natural gas seller in Poland. During his 6 years in this position he supervised business operations and development in the field of alternative fuels. He was responsible for sales, market development and promoting LNG and CNG as environmentally friendly and cost-effective solution for municipalities and enterprises by expanding the customer base for these products. In March 2019, he successfully implemented Poland's first fully commercial LNG bunkering offer.. In addition, Marcin Szczudło supported the development of natural gas as a fuel for public transport in Poland. His main objective was to establish agreements for the supply of alternative fuels with major cities in Poland to reduce air pollution and provide cost-effective local transport solutions. He is a graduate of MBA studies in Energy Business at Lazarski University and Mini MBA: Oil & Gas and Energy Management in London.

Julie Sakhrai

Chikako Ishiguro

Chikako Ishiguro is Senior Researcher and Analyst at Osaka Gas. As a member of the Energy Resources and International Business Unit of the company, Chikako heads up energy market research and analysis activities of the company where she has worked for over 10 years. Wildan Rizanjaya

Wildan Rizanjaya, Market Development Manager of PT Pertamina Gas, has over 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. This includes more than 7 years in commercial activities at PT Pertagas Niaga and PT Pertamina Gas and 5 years in business development at PT Pertamina Gas. Wildan also represented PT Pertamina (Persero) on the ASEAN Council on Petroleum (ASCOPE) Task Force for the Trans-ASEAN Gas Pipeline from 2011 to 2014.
Wildan also had more than 5 years of experience working in other business fields before joining PT Pertamina Gas, which includes: 1) regional economic development with GTZ and the National Development Planning Agency (BAPPENAS); and 2) infrastructure development comprising toll roads, water supply systems, and housing obtained through participation in the PPITA project, a collaboration between the World Bank and the Indonesian Ministry of Public Works.

Anthony Hayes

Alexandre Tocatlian

Alexandre Tocatlian graduated in 2011 at Ecole Centrale de Lyon, with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College London. He joined GTT in January 2014 as a Technical Project Manager on LNGCs and FSRUs projects. Graduated as an Electro-Mechanical Engineer in 1991, he joined Tractebel Engineering in 2008 after having spent the main part of his early carrier in the automotive industry.

He has also led Shell's entry in deep water exploration in the Mediterranean and West Black Sea as well as Shale Oil and Shale Gas exploration in South East Turkey in partnership with TPAO, the national upstream company. In Shell, Comert was an Exploration Leadership Team Member in Middle East and North Africa; a Gas and Power Leadership Team Member in Europe. Comert gained broad experience from the development of the Trans-Caspian Gas Project, gas and power production, storage, LNG and distribution projects and initiated the Turkey-Greece Gas Pipeline Project, currently supplying gas to Greece via Turkey. Shell has build 3854 MW gas ﬁred power plants in BO model in Turkey through its subsidiary and a local partner in 2001 where Comert was the General Manager of Shell Gas and Power.
Previously, Comert worked at Shell's Central Oﬃces in London for several years responsible for Gas & Power Business Development for Turkey and East Mediterranean region. Prior roles spanned the areas of marketing & sales, planning & economics and supply & distribution of fuels and lubricants for the Group's Oil Products business. Comert has led Shell Turkey's transformation during deregulation period in oil products in Turkey.

Capt. Alexander Osanov

LNG Operations Manager, TB Marine Shipmanagement

Aleksandrs was born 14 June 1975 in Riga, Latvia (USSR back then). In July 1994 graduated from Riga Marine College and embarked on his first voyage after graduation in October 1994 onboard reefer ship. In December 1998 joined the first gas carrier as Third Mate. In February 2006 took his first command of the LPG/C Kurzeme. From June 2011 until May 2022 worked as master onboard large-scale LNG carriers with Stena Bulk. Total time at sea 28 years, including 16 years in master’s position.
In May 2022 joined TB Marine Shipmanagement team as LNG Operations Manager to look after 6000 m3 LNG Bunker Vessel. The role includes development and implementation of LNG procedures, including LNG bunkering, compliance of the same with industry standards through successful IAPH audits in office and onboard the vessel, performance of the compatibility studies and mooring analysis between managed vessel and terminals and other vessels, assistance in obtaining the bunkering licence for various ports, assistance in compliance with OCIMF SIRE and TMSA programs.

Barrie Marsden

Barrie has 30+ years of process/facilities engineering and study management experience including field development, onshore gas processing, LNG, offshore oil and gas production, refining, petrochemicals and energy transition. The projects have included grassroots and revamps and have ranged from conceptual feasibility studies through to basic engineering/FEED packages and detailed engineering. Barrie’s experience also includes process safety, HAZOP chairing, asset integrity peer reviews, assignments to operating companies / site, performance testing and commissioning support as well as production management.

Erik Büthker

“Mr. Büthker” has been involved in natural gas as a motor fuel for a long time. Today he is working at TotalEnergies in the department called GasMobility. It is the expertise centre of TotalEnergies to support their affiliates worldwide in setting up their alternative fuel business.
As business developer he is responsible for the Asian and Middle East region looking for opportunities to introduce LNG as fuel to reduce emissions and costs.
The International Standardization Committee ISO TC 340 is responsible for the revision of the standards for CNG fueling stations (ISO 16923) and LNG fueling stations (ISO 16924). Since the beginning of this committee in the early 2000’s he is involved in this committee and now the chairing this committee.

Luis Ignacio Parada

Luis Ignacio Parada is EU Energy Policy & Regulation Director at Enagás, the main gas transmission, LNG and gas storage operator in Spain. He has 25 years of experience in the energy sector, where he has specialised in energy economics, gas and hydrogen sector regulation and energy policy.
Before joining Enagás, Luis started his career in 1998 at Gas Natural, and worked in NERA Economic Consulting from 2001 to 2004.
Since May 2023 he serves as Board member in ENTSOG, in GIE (Gas Infrastructure Europe) and as Executive Committee in GLE (Gas LNG Europe). Kjell Wouters

Gonzalo Cabrera

Gonzalo Cabrera is an accomplished LNG and Hydrogen Marketing executive with 20+ years of experience with energy super-majors delivering commercial viability in geographically disparate environments. An international expert in business development, trading, and government/JV relations, he creates opportunities by anticipating future needs and trends, combining strong business acumen and people leadership skills with advanced marketing knowledge.
Since 2021, Gonzalo stepped into various advisory roles where he reimagined his client’s global LNG and methanol value chain to maximise profitability and offering guidance on commercial matters as a key member of the JV Governance team. As the Co-chair of the Hydrogen Taskforce, at the Association of International Energy Negotiators, he is crafting the next generation of commercial agreements needed for the development of the hydrogen economy. As General Manager with Mozambique LNG between 2016 and 2020, Gonzalo leveraged his background building an operational LNG trading floor and tools for Qatargas to lead the start-up of Mozambique LNG’s Singapore commercial office, systems, and personnel. He secured 11 MTPAs of long-term LNG sales to Asia and Europe, achieving FID for this US$20B Mozambique LNG project on time in a competitive market.
Earlier in his career, as Head of LNG Portfolio with the Qatar Gas Operating Company Limited, Gonzalo evaluated commercial opportunities and provided fiscal guidance to regional directors. He was central to US$3.4B revenue pa over plan by leading implementation of a new fiscal agreement and gained approval for strategic growth initiatives following the Fukushima nuclear disaster.
Prior to this, in 2006 Gonzalo was promoted to Risk Manager with Eni UK Limited, reviewing trading activities, P&L developments, and risk. He expanded the client portfolio 33% with an enhanced risk profile.

Mehdi Aïd

Christophe Malet joined Hanas in April 2015 as Senior Vice President Upstream LNG primarily to support the development of Hanas’LNG receiving terminal project in Putian, Fujian province, China, which received final approval in December 2021 and to lead the preparation of the associated LNG procurement activities. Based in Singapore, he’s the Managing Director of Hanas LNG Pte.Ltd., Hanas’ Singapore-based LNG procurement and business development entity.
In recent years, Christophe focused on the development of LNG and gas downstream demand in developing markets in Asia and Africa, including the development of import and downstream distribution frameworks, LNG-to-Diesel switch strategies and the development of LNG as a fuel for heavy duty trucking, building on the successful Chinese model.
Christophe’s experience in the LNG Industry over the last 18 years with Hanas, Yamal LNG, ExcelerateEnergy and Shell covers short-term trading, long-term LNG marketing and LNG business and project development. Prior to his LNG experience, Christophe held various commercial and logistics roles in Shell’s Aviation and Bitumen businesses in Europe.
With an engineering degree and a MBA as academic background, he has over 25 years of commercial experience.

Nicholas Annett

Senior Process Engineer, McDermott

Nicholas is a Senior Process engineer at McDermott with 10 years industry experience. He is currently a Lead Engineer on an LNG EPC Project.
Nicholas started his career in 2014 at Fluor (UK) before joining the McDermott team in 2022. He has worked across the project life cycle from small studies, FEED, to multi-billion dollar EPC projects in several global locations. He has experience over a wide spectrum of industries and technologies including traditional oil and gas, LPG, LNG, downstream chemicals, solids processing and utility systems.
Nicholas is a Chartered Chemical engineer with an MEng degree in Chemical Engineering from University College London (UCL). He also mentors several junior chemical engineers to encourage and further develop the next generation of engineers.

Svetlana Bochkova

Senior Policy Advisor, Eurogas

Svetlana Bochkova is Senior Policy Advisor at Eurogas, where she oversees the association's transport activities, covering both maritime and road transport regulations under the Fit for 55 Package and Sustainable and Smart Mobility Strategy.
Prior to joining Eurogas, Svetlana was Key Account Manager at Fluxys, where she managed a portfolio of 70 international shippers, LNG terminal and storage users.
Svetlana holds a master’s degree in international security from Science Po Paris and a master’s degree in international energy policy from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
