“My mother has been a customer for years. My father was a Auto Mechanic all his life from Tank and small aircraft in the military to here in Houston. So I am familiar with the Auto repair industry. After my father passed in 1991 my mother and I had difficulty trusting any Mechanic but Brocks has become our trusted place to go. They are polite and more importantly Honest in their work.”

“Brock's replaced my rear main seal to resolve a slow oil leak. About 6 months later the slow leak returned. Brocks repaired it and also replaced a burned out tail light free of charge. “I have an associates degree in automotive technology and turned wrenches for a living for a couple of years before I figured out that's not what I want to do for the rest of my life. I had previously never paid to have a vehicle serviced; I did all my own work. My wife and I recently moved here from out of town for work, and all my tools are back home. So I don't really have the option to do my own work here. As a result I had to find a reputable shop here local. Well I found it. They are fast, reasonable and dependable. In fact we had my wife's car towed there after it would not start. Even after spending a couple of days tracking down the problem only to find that it was the factory theft deterrent system malfunctioning, something the dealer would have to repair, they still only charged us for the tow (which was very reasonable in it's own right). As long as we're in the area and I have not brought my tools here I will continue to use Brock's.”

“You get what you pay for. It's a bit expensive but trust is worth a lot. The guy knows me, my wife, and my in-laws by the cars we drive. My wife made me take her car in because the breaks were making noise. They looked at it and said it didn't need work. He easily could have lied and my wife would have paid to fix it. Instead, he didn't charge us for the time it took to inspect it. Another time her alternator went out. They tested it for free then told us to take it to the dealer for free warranty work. Those instances of not being nickel-and-dimed far outweigh the slightly higher prices. He knows he can make far more from us in the long run by treating us right.”

“My mechanic of nearly 20 years got too busy for me so I reluctantly began searching for a new one when my diesel truck smelled like fuel. They diagnosed and fixed it overnight. My former mechanic usually kept it a week! Very pleased. Also checked for an oil leak that my former mechanic suspected and told me there was none. Felt like they were straight talkers.”

“I rented a storage unit next to Brocks at Public Storage. I lost my key and asked the office at Public Storage to come cut the lock off so I could put on a new one. I was told that only the manager can cut off a customer's lock and she was in Houston. I had movers that were to meet me at the unit in about 15 minutes to move the contents to another Storage facility that is cheaper. I was going to have to reschedule the move altogether when I thought I would check and see if Brocks would allow me to use a pair of bolt cutters.. The owner Donny said 'no problem' and lent me a pair of boltcutters which did the trick and I was able to continue my plans to move the storage items as planned!”

They could have nailed me but they didn't. Dennis is a great guy and he has good technicians. I'll definitely be back if I have other problems.”

Few months back took my car to another repair shop and after 6 trips to this other shop, car was in worst condition then when I took in the 1st time...they wanted me to bring it in for a 7th time I told no way and as soon as I can I was taking it to Brock's so they could fix my car correctly...finally took it in and they took super car of my car.... car is a plan jane 2003 Ford Focus and the crew at Brock's keeps it running in tip top shape for me!!!!!”

“I used Brock's Car Care in Webster for over 10 years for personal vehicle service and, in my opinion, a better all-around repair facility doesn't exist. They are friendly, go out of their way to be helpful and most important, to me, they are honest. Not one time have I felt that I received anything other than precisely what I needed.
A few weeks ago, my wife and I were on the way to dinner when her Infiniti just quit running literally in the middle of the road. While I performed my own repairs years ago, working on a car today is like rocket science to me. Of course I understand the fundamentals but actually performing repairs is something I simply cannot do. We had the car towed to Brock's Car Care and I expected that hundreds of dollars would be necessary to get the thing running again. The following day, when Dennis called, I was greatly relieved. The serpentine belt had failed. Since the car has traveled around 65,000 miles and is 5 years old, I should have had the belt replaced long ago. This is an example of Brock's honesty. They could have told me that something very expensive was required but I paid for replacement of both belts and was on my way.
My wife and I own a business and depend on Brock's to service our 4 company cars and they always do their best to provide minimum time turnaround because they understand that when a car is out of service my business suffers. If you have need for 'fleet service', Brock's is an excellent choice.”

“Very happy with recent service. We had to bring in our Expedition when it suddenly started misbehaving. They were friendly, communicated well and were up front on possible complications in fixing the problem. The fix was affordable and done in a very reasonable time. With having had a good experience decided to take our other vehicle that had no AC for 3 years (yes in Texas...not fun!) We had previously been quoted by another Friendswood business but the cost and intrusive nature (remove the dash and components) of the recommended repair caused us to delay the fix. After we took the car to Brocks they re-diagnosed the problem and found an entirely different problem....and nearly half the cost of my original quote. Wishing I had taken it to Brock's 3 years ago. I am nearly a month past my repair and the AC is Oh-so-nice....Summer here I come! I really appreciate the honesty and affordability. Brocks will be our go to from here on out.”

“PROFESSIONAL QUALITY SERVICE AND REASONABLE PRICES! I brought my 2002 Tahoe in 30 minutes before closing and the mechanic was very profesional and patient, he even test drove my Tahoe and diagnosed the problem right then. The gentleman behind the counter went ahead and ordered the replacement part. The next day everything happened like BROCK'S said it would. They called us and my wife took the Tahoe in to be repaired. BROCK'S was even nice enough to give her a ride home rather than making her wait at the shop. The mechanic got right on the repair and later that afternoon my wife got a call that the Tahoe was ready.
No delays and no excuses. BROCK'S sent a car to pick up my wife at home. The bill was very reasonable. No hidden fees We are on a limited income and the bill was affordable. BROCK'S did not try to sell us a tire alignment or anything else we didn't ask for. I would recommend this auto shop over the others in the area. No, I'm not a relative of Mr. Brock and this is not a planted review. My review is sincere and honest!
Would I go back to BROCK'S, you better believe it and without hesitation! Check the competition, but go with a winner...BROCK'S Auto Car Care Center. My wife even said that BROCK'S is female customer friendly!”
