Dessert 101: How To Make Mango-Pandan Salad

Mango-Pandan Salad

Days more to go and it’s Christmas! And when we say Christmas, it’s always been associated with food especially desserts. Perhaps you already have in mind the things that you are going to prepare for this occasion. I was thinking that this would be a perfect time for me to share the recipe of my favorite dessert. Maybe you can try this one out and add this recipe on your list. This dessert is very affordable, very easy to do and of course very delicious.

Ingredients:

2 packs Jelly Powder Mix Buko-Pandan Flavor
2 cans Condensed Milk (Big)
1 pouch All Purpose Cream
1 can Evaporated Milk (Big)
¼ kl White Sugar
1 kl Ripe Mangoes

Any brand will do for the ingredients.

Procedure:

  1. Cook the jelly according to the packaging. I always add ¼ kl white sugar because I want the jelly to be sweet.
  2. Place in the molder, let it cool completely.
  3. Cut the pandan jelly and mangoes into cubes.
  4. In a bowl, combine the jelly and mangoes together. Set aside.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the cream, condensed milk and evap.
  6. Then pour the mixture to the jelly and mango combination.
  7. Mix thoroughly. Chill

Good luck and enjoy! Happy Holidays!
