Welcome to Team 17! My name is Miss Pires and I am going to be coaching the team through fifth grade at the South School. My assistants Mrs. DeMayo and Mrs. Hayner will be working with the team to strengthen their mind and prepare the team for the big game, middle school. I am very excited about this school year and I'm looking forward to taking the team all the way!

Team is the theme this year in Room 17.  In keeping with this theme, we will emphasize team building - building each other up, teamwork - working together to achieve mutual goals and sportsmanship - always treating our classmates with respect.
