"We're busy ALL DAY, ALL SUMMER ... No sitting around!"For 20 SUMMERS, DISCOVER VIRGINIA, has guided small groups of girls and boys through a variety of interesting, valuable and FUN outdoor Adventures!Each week offers 6 to 12 year-old campers a different combination of FUN outdoor activities, but every week, all campers will have the opportunity to learn valuable skills. Plus, each week we learn the basics of Kayaking and Canoeing, plant and animal identification, Wetland and Ecosystem preservation, even swimming, fishing & crabbing! Learning will be a natural outcome and FUN as we wrap up each afternoon, HAPPY & TIRED! Each Adventure Week runs Monday through Friday, from 9AM to 4PM. We begin a new week every Monday morning, all summer. All you need to participate is a love of the OUTDOORS, a lunch and a bathing suit!
