Today marks the start of the meteorological summer, and our long range forecast for the next three months has been issued. The new season will start with high pressure as the dominant features, so expect mostly dry weather this weekend. Its position, centred to the west of the UK, isn't favourable for high temperatures but values are likely to peak around 23C tomorrow making it pleasantly warm.
